About me
I’m a freelance creative professional offering both graphic design and art gallery services, with a background that bridges visual communication and arts management.
I studied Illustration at Birmingham City University before completing a Master’s in Art Gallery and Museum Studies at the University of Leeds. Since then, I’ve built a practice that spans exhibition curation, gallery operations, and design combining my passion for visual storytelling with hands-on experience in the cultural sector.
For four years, I worked at Thirsk Hall Sculpture Garden/Willoughby Gerrish, where I curated exhibitions, managed installations, liaised with artists and technicians, and created supporting materials such as maps, catalogues, signage, and price lists. I continue to support galleries with exhibition planning, design, and marketing services.
Alongside this, I work as a freelance graphic designer across the arts and hospitality sectors. I’m proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, and regularly create branding, custom illustrations, promotional materials, and print design for clients ranging from supper clubs to contemporary art spaces.
Whether designing a visual identity, producing an exhibition catalogue, or overseeing an installation, I bring creativity, clarity, and collaboration to every project.
